Further to the Complaints Policy listed above, further information is available as follows: Complaints are monitored on an annual basis to ensure that the Complaints Procedure has been followed in each case and the report on the outcome of complaints made during the year is presented to the College Leadership Team and the Local Governing Body. It should be noted that in the first instance the College’s divisional teams try to positively resolve issues raised by both students and parents, and the vast majority are resolved at this stage.
