The Sixth Form College, Solihull is opening its doors to prospective students and parents in February and March for the final chance to visit before the application deadline.
Two Spring Talks & Tours events take place on Thursday 28 February and Tuesday 5 March with hour-long sessions planned for 5.00pm and 6.00pm on both evenings. This is ahead of the application deadline of this September’s intake, which is 31 March 2019.
At these events, prospective students and parents will get a talk from the Principal Martin Sullivan or Vice Principal Janice Hamilton about the College. A tour of the campus will follow from a member of staff or a student. Where possible, tours are being tailored to the particular course interests of the students visiting, so they are asked to record their course interests when they pre-register for a tour. Advanced booking is essential and visitors cannot turn up on the night without having booked a place.
College Principal Martin Sullivan commented:
“We had an Open Day in October and an Open Evening in November, but for those who were not able to make it, these events are valuable opportunities to visit the College and find out what we can offer before the application deadline. We want all prospective students who are planning to apply for this September to complete their application before the end of March. This event will ensure they can do that armed with all the information they need to apply for the courses that are right for them.”
