Staff and students at The Sixth Form College, Solihull have been getting into the mood for Christmas at the end of term.
With Autumn term ending at 12.30pm on Tuesday 19 December, there have been a series of festive activities in the last full week of term. First there was the College Christmas Concert with music from A level Music students and carols from the College Choir. The Staff Christmas Lunch took place, complete with a visit from Father Christmas and a tasty lunch from our friends at Aramark. Friday 15 December was also Christmas Jumper Day, with funds being raised for Save the Children. Students have been selling cake and biscuits in the Refectory and donations have been made and as these photos show, plenty of people donned their festive threads to show support. £153.22 was raised for Save the Children.
From everyone at The Sixth Form College, Solihull – Merry Christmas and here’s to a happy, healthy and successful 2018!
