Results

The Sixth Form College, Solihull is a centre of excellence for 16-19 education, helping young people to stretch their potential.

Our exemplary reputation has been reinforced by Ofsted; following inspection in 2009, Ofsted declared the College to be “outstanding” or “good” in every respect.

Our recent results, announced in August 2011, reinforce Ofsted’s assessment.

  • 100% pass rate in 30 subjects
  • Overall pass rate of 97%
  • 119 A* grades at A Level
  • 126 students achieved 3 or more A*/A grades at A Level or double/triple distinctions in applied courses
  • 536 students achieved all higher grades (A-C at A Level or Distinction/Merit in applied courses)
  • 850+ students secured places at university
  • Nearly 100 students have progressed to Oxbridge in the last ten years
